Hello, try this in the morning after you wake up. Don't go brush your teeth immediately, but drink 500 cc. of water, preferably ionized. Drink the whole glass without stopping and then walk about 100 paces. Forget all the stress and just relax. This should fix the problem.

If you have no ionized water, then substitute regular water. With regular water, make it a bit warm. Pooing in the morning makes one feel great because it makes you feel light. The human body needs to regularly throw out the garbage, daily if possible.

Of course, no advice will ever work if you don't control your diet. Eat a lot of fruits and drink plenty of water during the day. Personally, I sometimes eat only fruits during my evening meals. Hope this helps.

wow! if you go to sleep right after you eat and didn't give it time to digest then it will turn into fat. and later on that day after you eat something. you will be able to digest it.
