Set up an equation with x representing the grams/mol:
80cal/g * 0.004184 KJ/cal * Xg/mol = 6.01KJ, and this will give you relationship between the two numbers ( Hint; your substance must have a mass of X g/mol so that X multiplied by KJ/cal gives you 6.01 KJ/mol) Notice that this equation eliminates grams and calories leaving you with Kilo Joules and moles which is what you want. Simply isolate the variable and solve.
