Cell phone, and if I am caught without it, I better be able to be reached on the land line... LOL! Why do they call them cell phones when you are more roped up than if they did not exist...?
They should call them what they are... "TRACKING DEVICES....."

mobile for texting its cheaper and can have the benefit for not actually speaking to the person if not in the mood
