I have reg. free dns ip from dyndns.com for remote logon by internet to view cctv camera, but time to time it require to be update, (the dvr and modem router is not connect to computer )where can reg. free dns ip for configure to router for once only and no update require ?

Dyndns is for clients that have a dynamic IP address from their ISP. Likely this is your case and you'll have to keep doing this unless you're willing to fork out more money for a static IP and you'll won't have to use Dyndns period.
