I'm one of the luck ones who usually don't get bad cramps.
When I do it feels like this:
Imagine you have to fart but it won't come out. Then imagine, at the same time, you ate too much, your stomach hurts, and you feel like you're gonna barf and it's taking forever to come out. While imagining those at the same time, imagine that your lower back (no both sides) are throbing in pain. And add to it, you can only lay down or lean over cause if you stand all the way up it hurts worse.
There you go! ^_^
P.S: For me, during this time, the toliet, a bottle of water, soup, sleep, my bed, and my TV become my best friends! HA HA! (I pretty much marry the heating pad! LOL!)

If u meant that how did u miss a period... Then there are plenty of factors for missing a period.. Firstly and most important,u miss a period if u had unprotected sex... Means that u are pregnant.. Check it out.... Thats the main reason... Or missing a period is common among girls.. Other reasons include excessive work,poor nutrition,tension,stress,etc...... Ok....

Uhhh.... for the most part it doesn't feel like anything. Cramps, however.... imagine some internal organ strecthing itself out, and tying itself in a knot around a somewhat jagged rock.
Really my main nuisance is the icky way that pads feel. Bleh.
So are you asking this out of mere curiosity, or...? I'm a bit confused.

I feel that ther is a lack of proper education in our public schools. But I guess that's beside the point. I can sum up how I feel when menstruating in two words: Stomach Flu.
