Umm buddy this is "polls and surveys"...the point of a poll/survey is to see how many people actually do it...I was just wondering.

Depends who I'm talking to. If its someone close to me, I give my opinion without being asked but if its someone who I don't know much, I wait till they ask me.

i usually don't say it unless its something nice to say but if they ask for my opinion i give it, honestly maybe a bit frosted but if they look ugly in what they are wearing etc...does my bag look nice and i don't think so i will say if you like it its cool but its not really my thing or i think its a bit too tight. usually only my friends ask for my opinion though. but even if they don't ask i don't say anything unless their character is flawed in some way.

Only when asked...I know it annoys me when people give me their opinion when it wasn't asked for...so I dont do it
