Yes it is positive, my urine test marked negative three times, then my blood test came back positive and wallaaaaaaaa now I am 13 weeks pregnant hahha

You are most likely pregnant, or the test is faulty. Take another one and/or just call your doctor. It could also be that the about of HCG is just barely enough to trigger the positive in your test, and it is just a day or so too early to trully tell if you are pregnant.

Who knows? We're not qualified to answer your question - but what about testing the woman's urine instead of the man's?
