she havin completed her med school is preparin for her usmles..AND to improve her cv (bein a img) wants to do an observership?clerkship abroab

To practice medicine in any hospital in Canada you need to either be enrolled medicine in a recognized medical school....or have a license to practice from a governing body...e.g. the OCPS....Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons. Immigrant MDs can often spend YEARS trying to get a license to practice....so the chances of your daughter being able to do an internship in the near future are very, very slim indeed.
