Having some discharge every day come out the underwear is normal. It's when it starts to get thick like cottage cheese, smell like a fish, or change colors to green or something different then that could indicate infection and it should be evaluated by a dr.

During our cycle our vaginal discharge will get a bit thicker and this has to do with ovulation and does not look like cottage cheese and yes, it is often yellow (the only other color other than clear that is normal).

The 'Morning After' or 'Plan B' pill is maximum efficient even as taken interior of seventy 2 hours or sex. considering today should be Wednesday and the act exceeded off Saturday the pill does no longer provide very a lot protection. The Plan B pill is attainable over the counter without a prescription from Walgreens, Wal-Mart etc. She must have went Sat evening or first element Sunday morning. Her era coming skill she likely wasn't pregnant earlier to sex that evening. Sperm can stay 3-5 days in a lady's body, so a era does no longer advise that she can't get pregnant or did not get pregnant from that evening. As I suggested the Plan B will do truly no longer something now, so her merely selection is to attend it out. If she's overdue next month tell her to take a try. contained in the period in-between i'd advise she bypass to planned Parenthood or her well being care service and communicate contraception concepts. She likely should be examined for STDs and AIDS, too.

I would go get checked out just to be safe the thing is we ALL have some discharge but when it increases even with NO other symptoms it could be a sign of infection and or STD the ONLY way to no for sure it to be seen so the doc can see your cervix which you CAN NOT (alot of times with the extra discharge your cervix can be enflamed something we can not see which is a sign of infection ) and so he can ... take a sample of the discharge and look at it under the microscope ...

this is nothing to worry about. In fact...sex will be more enjoyable cuz of this extra lube. IF it does not stink and is a creamy colour..u r fine!!! Girls r suppose to discharger 1 TABLESPOON a day!!!!!!! Also..our bodies are so different that some may be way under that and some of us might be a bit over.

I have had extra discharge since like grade 5....and i am healthy and had it checked out. It is fine. YOU DO NOT have an infection.

Well, every woman has some every single day, and it varies in color, thickness, etc etc etc depending on the timing of her period. Thick and white does sound a a little weird, though. If I were you I wouldn't be worried, but if it is worrying you, it is probably worth your piece of mind to just go to a doctor. Good luck.

When you say white do you mean after it has dried in your panties? I have this problem because I get easily aroused during the day and the fluids turn whitish when dry. As long as it isn't goopy, yellowish, or stinky you are fine. That would indicate an infection. I don't think there is anything to be done about it.
