I live in San Francisco. Is it just me or have the earthquakes here increased in frequency and intensity recently? Has it always been like this? I've never noticed the earthquakes before so I don't know. Is this indicative of a "big one" coming soon? Discuss!

It's always been like this, more or less.
I'm from LA, which is about the same.
Minor quakes may release energy, thus actually delaying the necessity of the Big One.
But Science has not yet been able to predict earthquakes very well, so there is no telling.

very virtually each and each of the small cities in Bay section meet your criteria. except for the fee of 2000 income line with month for 3 bd homestead. East Bay is more low priced. So imagine about Fremont, or Hayward. although, in case you're not any more so particular about the house fee, there are some very ideal selection: Foster city, Sausalito, Tiburon. yet another option selection is living in SF. some very comfortable homestead is quite low-priced. I easily have a buddy living in a really unique homestead in Balboa 2 bd for lower than 1100.
