I recently watched The Birds and The Abyss. These movies would be so much better if they had some good special effects and some better acting. Even though older movies are classics, there are some times where the acting could be upgraded. So, which movies would you like to see redone?

Well, I have heard rumors about it already. And although I love the orginal versions, and think they are masterpieces, I would love to see Sam Rami do Evil Dead II and The Army of Darkness again. But only if he does them himself.

Forbidden Planet, I would like to see a better Mummy picture. more like the original with Boris Karloff. I doubt if you can improve on The Day The Earth Stood Still.

Clash of the Titans or either of the Conan movies (Arnold Schwarzenegger). The second Conan movie needs to be totally rewritten anyways. It was AWFUL!

I would like to see a remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still. However, I'd be afraid they would put Ben Affleck in it and ruin it.

None. Art should stand as an entity the way it was created..Can you imagine "Plan 9 From Outer Space" re-made? Inevitably you cannot polish **** or improve on perfection..Colourised "The Maltese Falcon"?..etc..I understand your point but...it's "CHERISM"..turn back time..nah!

None! I wish people would leave the good classics alone! I've yet to see someone remake a classic and it actually be a good remake. I really hate when people do this.

old movies that are remade arent always good but interesting, so id like to see a horror flick redone. maybe "rear window".
