Im 17 and Ive always had the outlook to finish school and go to university, get a job in the business industry.(Parents expectation). But since i was about 15 ive been listening to rap & hip hop music, rapping at home and friends houses. I wanted to go ahead with it cause of my passion and talent for the music. Should i continue?

Yes you should continue to rap so that you can hone your skills and keep them sharp. However you really need to finish school so that you can manage all of that money, create your own label and make more money, and if you ever decide that rap is not for you, you will have a career to help other people follow their dreams. Research all of the rappers who didn't finish school and look at the bad parts of their life. Not just the flashy flash that they show us on tv. Good Luck!

If this is something your willing to work hard at doing, and you really really love doing it, then dont let anyone or anything get in your way. Never put your dreams on hold.
