I've had this happen to me before. As long as you don't make it into a big deal then it is fine; the girl might even find it to be a bit of a turn on, since you got it for her. Apologize, and cover it up with a towel, roll over, or excuse yourself to take a dip. As long as your cool about it she probably will be too--she probably think its "cute" that it popped up just because you were looking at her.
If you make a big deal about it, though, then it very quickly becomes a major turn off. Don't be surprised if the girl gets up an leaves.

Most people go to a nude besch to relax and when a suggestive move or action occures then the mood is broken and people ar uncomfortable.
Since what happen to you did then the other party took it that you were "thinking" of her in the wrong manner.
