You don't always bleed. My baby died, and it wasn't coming out so the doc forced it out. But I never bled. You don't always bleed, most people do but some don't. And the blood clot is a good indication. Im very sorry, it was very tramatic for me and I was in denial for a long time. The sooner you accept it the sooner you can move on and maybe try again.

You did bled, you had a blood clot, which was the baby and the lining of the uterus which was the bleeding for 2 hours after. Not everyone bleeds alot or for days.
I miscarried and it started as just a tiny bit of blood, then a clot which I knew was the baby and I bled for the rest of the day. That was it. I wasnt very far along 1 month or so and had no cramps or pains or any other symptoms. Just the few specks of blood and the clot.
And I am really sorry for your loss all the best to you.

I didn't know this until recently but it happens to women all the time and sometimes it just seems like a regular period. I had one years ago and let me tell you there was a lot of blood, a lot of clots, and extreme pain. That was just my situation though everyone is different. If you wait a day or two to go to the doctors a lot of times you were just a few weeks pregnant and the body starts to repair itself and it isn't obvious unless they do an ultrasound inside of you. It's the last thing you want to go through but it usually can answer you question. Just remember if you did have one God had a reason to turn it back into an angel. I also keep in my head that there was something wrong with the baby I miscarried. Hope you find some good answers.

It really depends on how far along u are. And just like every pregnancy, every miscarriage is different. I miscarried in Jan. I passed clots about as big as my fist. And then bled about a week. They also did an ultrasound and said they couldn't see anything. They also checked my hormone levels and said it was going down which meant I was losing the baby. It is possible to miscarry and not bleed at all. It cold have been that the egg wasn't attached to the uterus properly. Sorry for your loss.

I have a gf that had a m/c without bleeding, she went to the hospital for a D&C. She bled for a day maybe and her cervix closed back up. So she couldnt expell the baby. She had to go for another D&C and that time it worked. She was in a lot of pain though, and I doubt that this is what has happend to you, but if you are still feeling pain please see another doc.

You might have only been a week or two pregnant (in which case you wouldn't bleed a whole lot), or your miscarriage might be incomplete. I'd wait another week to see if anything more happens, and then maybe call an advice nurse (most offices have them available, if not, try a local hospital).
