I love Beyonce and think she is a wonderful singer and an excellent performer, but when it comes to acting, I don't think that she is very good. What do you think?

I think Beyonce is a wonderful singer, but with all of the attention Jennifer Hudson has been receiving, she's been trying to hard to prove herself. When i was watching the Academy Awards during the Dreamgirls performance, it seemed like Beyonce was really trying and her movements and expressions were really distracting.
I think she's just a little jealous of JHudson because of her fast success. Hudson's receiving everything Beyonce has been dreaming for her whole life.
As for her acting, I think it could use a little improving. I think that when Beyonce took the lead role on Dreamgirls, she was expecting an Oscar nomination, but she just wasn't good enough.
So to answer your question, I don't think her acting is that great.

No I don't think beyonce can act.The only movie she did ok in was fighting temptations. She can however improve her acting if she really wants to. Someone needs to teach her how to become one with her character. She will need to do exercises that will teach her to do this properly. With proper training she could do it.She needs to be able to make her character jump off the screen and she's just not doing that.
As for her singing,we all have heard better. She can sing but she is by no means extraordinary.She seemed to be trying to outsing J hud at the oscars but it was plain that J hud had a much higher range and very comfortable singing it too. On the other hand Beyonce was trying too hard to out do her and just seemed to make a fool of herself.
Personally I think her fame is attributed to her butt. If she didn't go around shaking her booty like that with hardly any clothes on I hardly believe she would be as successful as she is.
She could probably make it as an actress if she gets some serious training.Then again some people will never be able to act regardless of what they do. Let's hope for her sake she doesn't turn out to be one of them.

No, Beyonce is not a good actress because she doesn't make her character believable. She doesn't have a strong or powerful screen presence like most actor/actress. She doesn't play a variety of characters. Beyonce should stick to singing because that is were she very talented. She is no triple threat.

I think she should just stick to singing. Some artists can successfully make that transition such as Tupac, Rick James, Usher, etc. However, Beyonce's attempt at acting appears to be in the same league as Mariah (Glitter).

Compared to a trained actress, no she is not. But if you go back and look at her performances in Carmen or Goldmember, you'll see that she has improved by leaps and bounds. She's just not a triple threat.

Sing of sturdy matters now not undesirable, sing of happy now not unhappy. Sing, Sing a music, sing it straightforward to very final the whole evening long. do now not concern if its now not stable adequate for all persons else to take heed to, in basic terms sing, sing a music.

I think that singers should leave the acting to the professionals!!! They should say to their singiing.. LL cool J and Will Smith can act!!!

But she is absolutely beautiful, talented, and a great singer!!!

i dont find here very good. I find her a bit over-hyped. She has a wonderful voice, and shouldn't chase after films.
