I am not sure if it would be easier but more expensive to pay a company to file my paperwork or should i file myself

I got all three and did them myself. All the forms you need are available online. Except for the business license, this you get at your city hall.
Taxpayers can obtain an EIN immediately by calling the Business & Specialty Tax Line
(800-829-4933). The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday. An assistor takes the information, assigns the EIN, and provides the number to an authorized individual over the telephone.

It would be easier but more expensive.. anyway for the tax number go to irs.gov and download a form called a W-7 and mail it in to apply. The other stuff i don't know sorry.

it is cheaper to go into a lawyers office and have him do it..cost about $1500.00
and it is done..takes about 7 working days
