1) Securing the border? for or against?

2)Deportation of illegal aliens for or against?

3)English the national language for or against?

4) War in Iraq should we win or lose?

5)Government expand or shrink?

6)Socialized programs expand or shrink?

7)Pro Choice or Pro Life?

9)Death Penalty for or against?

10)Taxes raise or lower?

Here are some straight forward questions. How hard is it for you libs to give straight forward answers?

I'm a lifelong Democrat who voted Gore in 00, & Bush in 04...I'm VERY conservative on some issues (some would say SCARY conservative!)....BUT also exceptionally liberal on other issues...(legalize prostitution & marijuana for example) Here goes on your questions tho, as I consider myself more of a lib than a con, but then what do labels REALLY mean?

1) For securing the border far better than existent conditions

2) For deporting illegal immigrants & their kids, born here or not.

3) For English as National language (learn it !)

4) For achieving our strategic objectives in the middle east

5) Shrink government

6) Shrink (dramatically) social programs

7) Pro choice (which DOES NOT mean pro abortion!)

8) Gay marriage is not a big issue to me, but I have no problem w two people who love each formalizing their union. Why should heteros be the only ones to experience the ups & downs of marriage? I have known several gay couples of both sexes who are happier & better adjusted emotionally than many traditional couples I know.

9) Death penalty I can still go either way....I have no problem w imposing the ultimate sanction in cases where the evidence is unimpeachable, & the crime is violent & deliberate. On the other hand the death penalty takes so long to be carried out, & costs so much in appeals & review, it would also satisfy me to impose life w no chance of parole.....or let the victims carry out justice as they see fit...whether that be life in prison or death by stoning !!

10) Taxes will always be higher than I'd like, but also a small price to pay for living in this great country. By shrinking government & social programs there would be adequate opportunity for giving tax relief. And I also believe the tax code should be more equitable toward higher wage earners (& I'm NOT one of them....)

As straight forward as I can be.....tried to be concise , tho I could certainly expound !! But then you might say I'm not a lib based upon my responses.... Hey thanks for asking...we're all in this together!! Email me for any details
