my final goal is a ideal hotel manager in old fashioned hotels
(maybe 1910's ritz style)
but i have one question about keeping my customer's private secrets ..
1) do i have to keep silence my customer's private secret until coming death ??? like a doctor??

2) is there important swear in hotel employees?

What a good question. Well, I would like to think that any hotel that I stayed in would keep any of my information confidential.

Do hotel owners have policies re this? I would think they must.

You sound like you'll be an ethical and desirable employee for any hotel chain.
