That don't ever let him lay a hand on me once, because he gonna do it again. Wasted my four year w/him. Absolutely, I am married 6 yrs to someone who is treat me like the way I wanted to be treated. Love and to be love.

Though a lot of good eventually came from it, I would probably not have dated my best friend. Losing his friendship was devastating and I miss the invaluable pre dating friendship we had.

I should have been more assertive, been more willing to argue, ignored her moods, and done what I wanted more. Not because I resent having been supportive or catering to her, but because her being dominant changed how she felt towards me.

Make sure I 'really' like him, and not just dating him cause I feel bad for him. They eventually realize you're not totally into them.
