Get out your purchase receipt, customer number, order number, serial number of PC, then contact Dell. They are probably overloaded with requests right now but don't give up -- keep contacting them.

ha ha you got a dell. im sorry. you will get it in 2 weeks, but it won't be what you wanted. then another month after that.
