Well first and foremost I view couples as people. To me there is only one race, the Human Race. The whole idea of "Race" is a social construct which became popular during European colonial expansion. I tend to think of "mixed" couples as "ethnic diverse" couples. For instance , if a "black" guy and "white" girl are a couple most people would say they are a mixed race couple. However if a dark skin guy from India and a "white" girl are a couple they are not seen as a mixed race couple.
My personal view of a "mixed race" couple is no different from any other couple. When you are in love, love is blind and that's how it should be.
On the light side...it's funny to me how I can see an "ugly mixed race" couple and they have a child, and the child looks better than both parents. Go figure!

It may not be always the wise path to go down. However, it certainly is NOT a wrong thing to do.
My observation is that interracial marriage is NOT for everyone. It can put strain on the couple themselves and the children. However, there are some cases where it works out just fine.

Well people are free to do what they want but it's hard enough to make relationships work when both people have a common set of values and symbols, never mind when they don't. Ditto for when the relationship has the support of the families on both sides; if even one side is actively opposing, tension is guaranteed....

For me, it's kind of a double edged sword.
I don't mind them because you can't choose who you love. When you love someone, it's not because of the way they look, it's because of their character and there are great people in all shapes, colors and sizes.
At times, as a Black man myself, I don't agree with them because I've known many other black girls that will talk to guys of other races just for money or to spite another black man that may have mistreated her.
In the end though, love is love and it doesn't discriminate.

There's nothing wrong with it at all. If you think there's something wrong then you are stupider than a dog, because even dogs mate with other types of dogs. Race shouldn't be a big deal at all. Your race is your race, and we're all humans.

If you truly love each other and are within the proper age, why not? Many people say about the children being a reason not to. It is the 21st century. We need to accept others and base our judgment of others on the content of their character.
