I have heard of programs that you can use online that automatically back up for you weekly. Are those any good and if so which is best? When they back up does it back up everything on your computer or just your documents? Ideally I just want a complete copy of everything on my computer. Is that wishful thinking? Thanks for your help!

get a gun. and make sure that you can always cover it, work your angles and make sure u have a quick escape route.

Online backup isn't that great especially if you have a large hard drive. It takes a very long time for it to transfer. You could purchase a ext. backup drive then use ntbackup (included with XP) and back everything up to that. The good thing about this is you can schedule it to run whenever you'd like or just a manual backup whenever you want. Online backup is not the safest option, so I'd recommend you to backup your data to the external drive using True Image. True Image is the best backup software I have used and of course it has a scheduler.

You could consider an external hard drive then, in the Task Scheduler, set a day and time for your PC to backup (like bedtime).
