I used a sledge hammer on the rest but i worried about breaking my water line if i just pound it with the hammer.

Use a small hammer and a chisel. Put the chisel along the edge of the tile you are removing, and tap it in behind the tile. Take your time and you'll be fine.

Yep. Chisle. Hammer. I've even used an ice pick in a pinch. : D

Remove grout with a knife or grout removal tool between tiles, then pry off with a putty knife, tiny pry bar, or chisel.

tap it lightly.chisel it out. or slide somthing under it slightly and pry it out!
