nothing will happens as nothing has happened in the past.
As far as the black hole, actually a black hole is travelling towards our position with the speed of 600.000 km per hour.
Don't worry though it will require approx 25-30 million years to reach to Orion Branch (where we are).
Stop worring about the alihgnment of Galaxy centre/Sun/Earth.
Try to find other reasons of destruction to worry..:)
with this one....nothing will happen.:)

Dropdead 2012! It's precession, the Earth's axis, the center of the galaxy projected onto the two dimensional sphere, first point of Libra, winter solstice, they pass withing 6º of each other, and won't even come til the 2600s cause the Mayans calculations were off. And the wow of the Milky Way which is a 30 degree wide target at that point.
It happened before (4000 BC). Cross-quarter precessional millenniums. Virgo was in the winter sky! Summer saw spring. The galaxy was at the Vernal Equinox, everything moved a season over.

The galactic year i.e. the time it takes for the sun and its entourage of planets, asteroids, comets and fellow travellers to complete one journey round the galactic centre is about 225-250 million years i.e. during the sun's lifetime it has already completed some 19 or 20 orbits
i.e. it has been at this point before. Are you suggesting that a mass extinction of life forms on earth happens every time there is such an alignment? Because, if not, what is so special about 2012? The supermassive black hole in Sagittarius at the galactic centre was there throughout the sun's lifetime and indeed long before the Sun (a relatively late arrival) was formed, So what is new to cause there to be a different outcome in 2012?
All that is new is New Age thinking that gives credence to Mayan beliefs and prophecies, Nothing out there in space has changed. Has it?
One of the reasons why life developed on earth was because it enjoys protection from harmful radiation by virtue of it being a considerable distance from the galactic centre (25,000 to 30,000 light years away) so the notion that the galactic centre is about to cause life on earth to end is not just silly but stands reality on its head!
Galaxies have habitable zones. and we are fortunate in being in one, That is the reality.

The gravity of the sun is millions of times stronger, to earth, than the attraction to the black hole at the center of the galaxy so this will be just another day at the office.

Interestingly enough the same phenomenon is discussed in the ancient Babylonian Book Of Balthar. The math, as you may suspect, is questionable but it works out to roughly 3,278,194,066 people left, mostly in the northern hemisphere.

Ah yes, the end of the world. How many times has that supposed to have happened already.
It's not going to happen and it's not based on anything. Please don't worry yourself about it.
