How does t-mobile my five work?

How does t-mobile's my five work? If I wanted to change one of my five so that I could be on unlimited calls, couldn't i do it for all my friends and just swap it out when I need to? Or do they lock your five for the month?

You're only able to change them once per month.

U are allowed to change once a month.
