I graduated from college last year 06. My major was Computer Science. I have been looking for a job in that area or close to it but have not came up on anything yet. Other then my passion for computers. I also wanted to work with kids either P.E coach or a computer teacher. what would I have to do to in order to qualifiy for these jobs.

Get a teaching certificate. The requirements differ per State.

You need to get your teaching credentials. Contact the local school board and see what their requirements are. You will probably have to take some ed. courses and student teach.

i heard to be a teacher in u.s. it takes 4 years of college. i suggest you call a local college counselor that knows more about it.
