Double-check with your GP, but I'm pretty sure you'd be needing a caesarian.

I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about six years ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this video everything changed https://tr.im/HerpesCure20158cZC
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams. This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

Usually they won't let you give birth vaginally if you've got herpes lesions anywhere down there at the time of the birth. I believe they can put you on medication during pregnancy to prevent outbreaks so you won't pass it on to your baby.
BTW, the eye drops that people keep bringing up do nothing for herpes. They are an antibiotic eye drop for the prevention of blindness caused by gonorrhea and/or chlamydia.

yes....herpes is easily spread even when there are no signs or symptoms. although it may be around your anal region, the virus can still be lurking around your vaginal area just because it can float or travel to the area by some means. no matter what, you're baby probably will end up with herpes but if you're lucky it won't. but don't be alarmed, over half of america's population has herpes or doesn't know they have herpes. it's not life threatening at least :P

No, sorry, but your baby can catch it and might even go blind. I have a friend who did not tell her doctor she caught herpes from her husband and now their daughter is 12 years old and still having herpes in her eyes: a terrible curse they cannot cure and she is not old enough to take the pills yet.

yes, be sure to tell your doctor, there is a special drop that they put into the babies eyes so that they don't go blind.
but if you are in a full blown outbreak they might not let your deliver vagially.
call your doctor, or nursing staff!!
