I would have to imagine Jay Z, since Michael has had to spend a ton of money on paying off families whose children he has molested. Plus 2718 plastic surgeries can't be cheap.

Micheal jackson pretty much lost a lot of his money (especially through legal cases, and the failure of his carnival thing) and jay-z is constantly getting bigger and bigger and people think he's already legendary, so im pretty sure the big pimp gots mo dough ;)
