Websites URLs cannot have any spaces or special characters in them, like "@". @ is actually the operator used in an email address (like user@domain.com).

Atleast that is the convention. The domain name, the first part of a url address, is communicated through Domain Name System (DNS) servers... every domain simply represents an IP number. However, the rest of the address is used in an HTTP, and hanlded only by the web server. So, it would be possible to create a web server that asks requests using all sorts of characters and are caps sensitive. (Although some characters, like a space, are automatically converted to ascii %20 codes by the browser.)

The only use of something like this would be if you were creating a website that you do not want to be accessible by average users or web spiders (search engines).

I don't see any "@" in www.bjwinner.wwdb.com, but anyway, you can use "%40" instead.
