ok. hi im trying to lose my men breast.. what do i do in excercise.. i go to gym a 5 days a week 1 1/2 to 3 hours max.. after work and school.. i cardio a lot.. atleast an hour in cardio or or plus another 30 minites... i did some wieghts... but my main focus on wieht is to lose that fat in my breast ...

wieght 245 now.. last time was 255

i go to school. 4 days a week 2 hours a day except for monday.. im in school for 800 am to 10:00- pm..
and i work in furniturs.. im a warehouse man and delivery.. so hard labor..
my only question is.. how do i focuse.. on losing fat in my breast?? fat or muscle well. i rather lose fat in it..
oh yeah from my previous questions.. i didnt get any cramp today.. doing crunch.. 3 sets.. yippe!!
