i dont know y i feel like dizz i mean im alwayz sad or mad or i feel left out like i dont have nobody n i lIKE NOBODY WANTS ME AROUND..WHY DO I FEEL LIKE DAT I MEAN AM I DEPRESS OR WUT SHOULD I DO PLZ HELP

Second, it sounds like you really need someone to talk to. If you are a minor, talk to your parents or teacher.
Make an appointment with your primary care physician and discuss this situation with him.
If you feel like you want to hurt yourself, please call 911 or go the emergency room.

I used to be like that! The first step to getting better is...Smiling!! You should always wear a smile! Not only because it takes more muscles to frown, but because when you smile, you will feel happier. It'll be tough at first, but you can easily get used to it!

Next, do things that would make you happy! If you like music, listen to more music, if you like to draw, then draw! Etc!

Then, this one is probably the hardest one. Just don't let things get to you! This one is especially hard because if you are used to letting little things bother you, then it most likely has become a yucky habit! So when something stupid happens, and it just sends you over the edge, just stop, think of how you can make it better, think about if it is even as bad as you think, then tell yourself that it will get better!

An easy way to do this is to remove the words Can't, won't happen, and other yucky words like that from your vocab!

I promise it will help! It has definatly helped me!

depressed and anixety thats what it sounds like just try to relax when u worriy to a walk or do something to take ur mind off it ppl can sense this thats why u feel alone so if u can make this go away i feel ppl we be more willing to be around u should get some chamomille tea it is the best thing that i have found to work

You definitely need to go to the dr. But one thing that helps as i have dealt with it for years, is find things that make you feel like you've accomplished something, then it boosts your self esteem. It is probably a medical condition they can help with meds, but for now, like for me, if I go pull weeds outside, I love to work in the yard, I can see what I did and feel better about myself. A counselor suggested this to me and sometimes I have to force myself, but I always feel better at the end of the day if I've done at least something. Get medical help.

Yea I think you could be depressed. Its nothing to get depressed about, its something that can be helped. look up some ways to help yourself feel better. Taking up a hobby, or trying to meet different people sometimes help(finding friends with similar interests). Most iportant of all try to get a family meber or good friend involved. It will help.
