This is a funny question, but I'm a musical person, and I've found that the right music is better than any kind of mind altering substance when it comes to fixing a mood.
So this question is a little more on the fun side as opposed to the most recent questions I've asked. To anyone who is kind enough to answer with a song title, I'll purchase the song via I-tunes (keep your comments about free music to yourself, I'm not a thief) and listen! Of course the one who has the best answer for me will obviously win the grand prize of me clicking, "best answer", so happy answering!

Believe it or not, when I need to let out some agression and refocus, I listen to Rage against the Machine "Killing in the name of " or "Bulls on Parade" and really get into the music. I always feel better after. Im a musical person also and I have found that music can alter a mood or bring back a memory with just afew notes. My musical tastes vary (right now, Im listening to Bush and Godsmack. Last week, it was Justin Timberlake and Pink) but I always listen to it LOUD and really let it become a part of me, even for just the few minutes Im listening to it.

When things would get hairy during the Gulf War I would sing songs in my head, in the middle of the chit to. The first song that came to mind was One by Metallica and for the most part I listen to country. When we were done with whatever mission we had to do that given moment and had time to re-think what happened I would either break out my walkman and listen to some country gospel or sing some mellow country song in my head.

honestly, the faster and louder the better for me. lately, it's been hinder and buckcherry, but in the past it's been rancid, linkin park, and other stuff i cant think of. and depending on what i'm ticked over, a really nice slow song can work too. which, buckcherry and hinder both also fall into lol.

i think of a few are unconcious. like the factors now surrounding our lives that we declare are unfair or displeasing. we are all probable attempting to re-create certian reports in our lives that gave us our first flavor of actually feeling alive. in spite of that journey it replaced into for you and how it replaced into performed out has a dominating place in all your un-concious reasoning. i'm sheltered with the help of God. How women look at and sense approximately their newborn is something for me that once meditated delivers organic look after.
