Yoann Gourcuff (age 20) arrived in Lombardy last summer with a growing reputation and being likened to Kaka, Johan Cruyff and Zinedine Zidane. Gourcuff started his career at the French club FC Lorient, who are managed by his father, Christian. In 2001, aged 15, young Yoann signed for Rennes and in 2005-06, his first season as a regular starter, he bagged six goals.

I don't think that Zidane can really be replaced as such. He was on a completely different level, such a gifted player and leader. But Ribery is a capable player and will develop as a play maker in the next couple of years. Gourcuff is the great new hope of France and at present is showing signs of exceptional talent. They will go forward but they will develop into a different team than the one Zizou lead so definitively.
