Ask her "why would you want to know?; that's my business." It is not good to encourage nosiness about personal matters. Or say, "I don't know. I've never measured it. You want to measure it for me?"
Actually, it's unlikely a girl would want to know. Most females find the male concern with size boring, puzzling, and maybe even disgusting.
Measuring your penis really is a bad habit; you have what you have, and you can't change it (although time may). You didn't do anything to be proud of/ashamed of to get to the size you have--it's just genetic. It really really really REALLY does not matter, and it's kind of unhealthy to spend time worrying about it.

Measuring from the bottom is the mistake men make. That gives them measurements of 8 or 9 inches which is a false reading as they include part of the scrotum.
The correct penis size should be measured with a full erection from the top.
Why measure it anyway? You can't change it's size.

Measure from bottom because is that the real length pf penis, because thats the length which entering in vagina! But don't be obsessed with length, thats not important to women!
