try to tack the over spray off with paint thiner put a little on a rag and rub the weel you can pick up thiner at aney hardwere

Take it back to the shop that painted it and make them clean it off, they should have did a better job preventing overspray. Plus they know whats best for removing what type of paint that was used.

i too would go back to the shop and *****. if they are chromed steel rims , you could try brillo & warm soapy water, but not on any rims with clear coat , such as polished aluminum. acetone might work and get you high at the same time. try in an inconspicuous spot first.

you can use some lacquer thinner on them and it will bring it right off or you can take a mild rubbing compound to them and get it off that way,its more work if you have to rub it off though,the paint thinner works really fast,good luck.
