There is many films from the Jim carrey selection that are everyone's favorite however, there are many obscure movies of Jim's that are over looked quite often such as Mars need women and Rubber face which was a made for TV movie released in the early 80's. He is a great character actor but he is also one of the best physical actors of this and any other generation. But the best classic Jim Carrey movie has got to be Dumb and Dumber. Check out the collector's dvd it is full of hilarious deleted scenes.

I personally like Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, yet Liar Liar is a classic. When it comes to Jim Carrey, the first movie almost anyone can think of right off the bat is Liar Liar.

I hate his earlier comedy stuff and it seems like he's trying too hard in some of his dramatic roles (with the exception of The Truman Show)...but, I really enjoyed him in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Truly classic...I love the scene where he's trying to rehearse with his troupe of loser actor friends.

Jim Carrey makes me mad, because he is a man of tremendous talent who has managed to fritter away most of his career on cheap, disgusting humor. If I had to pick a movie of his, it would probably be The Truman Show.
