Only when I have to. When a patient is about to stand up on their broken hip, or stick their fingers in their own poop(because their butt itches), or think that it's morning at night time, or when my co-workers are ignoring call lights and alarms, or when we don't have enough staff and the administrator needs prodding.

sometimes i beat it senseless.....obviously......i mean i really let it have it.....you know, i just knock the old snot right out of it.....kick'er in the old teeth i do. kapow!!!!!!! is what i find myself doing.....blamo!!!!! yep.....kick'er right in the the old ballsac!!!! .......i'm just not sure when to quit!!! i just keep on going!!!! just don't know how to stop once i start....nope i don't .....i sock the obvious right in the one eye!!!!...keep going and going and going going....
