Dr. T and The Women...it's the only good Gere film who's popularity isn't primarily achieved via his leading lady or purely "chick-flick" appeal (though both of these elements exist in this film). A close second might be Primal Fear...though the film as a whole didn't appeal to me Gere's acting was quite convincing.

I'm not sure! He's in a LOT of good flics! Pretty Woman, I'd guess!
But I would appreciate it GREATLY, if you would e-mail me back (by clicking on my profile) and tell me the name of the film where he starred . . .
There was this hooker who had a pimp and she was abused by him. Gere, fell in love w/her and tried to save her. She was caught and then sentenced by the pimp to a whorehouse for the rest of her life. She ended up dying in Gere's arms at the end.
Do you have a clue as to what film this was? Or does anyone out there? I want to purchase this flic and cannot remember the name of it!
TY in advance for your help!
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!! O, BTW, LOVE your avatar!
