You don't need to, but it's a good idea to have more than one antispyware apps because one program can't get all of the malwares. I would also recommend Spybot Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster and A-Squared Free too.

different programs do different things....
Try getting different spyware and adaware programs and you may find it removes more than just using one program....
You can find various programs at http://www.filehippo.com Just look through their headings (IE: anti-virus, browsers..)
