Really depends on who you are, i have the pleasure of owning all 3.
Wii - really unique controller, all the games I had I beat fairly quickly (within a month or so) including Zelda, Red Steel, and Excite Truck and others. So I haven't really played it much since then but all those games were really fun while they lasted and the motion control is awesome as is their virtual console where you can download old games.
360 - by far the buggiest. Lots of fun games, also a lot that seem like they cared purely about graphics and didn't put much time into a quality game. Only game I've played a lot on Xbox Live is Gears of War whcih I'm now sick of. Especially with its like.. 5-6 hour campaign mode. Freezes on me a ton when I'm on the guide and other times during games. This is my second 360 got a brand new one about jan 2007 because my old one I got christmas 2006 got the 3 red lights of doom. Xbox live is good but not amazing, i hardly download any of the 1000s of random crap they have to get.
PS3 - Xbox 360 + a lot more quality + motion sensing controller + PS1 and PS2 backward compat, blu-ray player, excellent potential, their games already look as good as the best Xbox 360 games (Gears of War, as said by its creator is nearly the best the 360 can do graphically, they said they won't be able to get Gears of War 2 to look much better) and arguably Resistance Fall of Man looks as good and is EXTRA crisp. Have had no hardware problems wutsoever with the PS3 *crosses fingers* I love blu-ray and what the PS3 adn therefore it is currently my favorite. The online is fine too and not "light years behind 360" doh to whoever said that.

Xbox360 at the time because its been out longer then the others so they were able to work out the bugs with its hardware
the wii looks ok but with its motion sensitive controller idea it has a draw back and that the graphics are not as good as the xbox360 and the PS3. now the PS3 has its draw backs is that you cant run most the old games from PS and PS2 on it so it be better to go with a xbox360 cause it can play the old games for xbox the and the graphics are good

Wii has a lots of fun games and has sensor controller. A XBOX360 is like a normal XBOX except it has good graphics. PS3 has lots of really cool games, but it costs a lot of money. Soooo...i think the Nintendo Wii is the best game system out of those three.

Wii and 360 are about tied for me. Wii gets the most playtime for me with Zelda, Wii Sports, WarioWare. Yeah, the graphics are not next get and max out at 480p but the different control, slick interface, and well designed system keep me playing everyday since I bought the thing.
360 took up all of my time once Gears of War came out and I come back to it from time to time to play Lost Planet. 360 has by far, the best online service, but you do have to pay $50/year for the gold package. Silver is free, and is good enough to get all your new game demos, media downloadables, and Xbox Live Arcade game goodness.
I've played the PS3 but don't plan on buying one till good games start rolling out. They have 0 games I wanna play right now and I don't care for blu-ray at all. Their online service is lightyears behind the 360's. The only thing that remotely interests me are some of the exclusive casual games available through their online service. Other than that, its a $600 blu-ray player and ps2 game player (ouch for those in Europe with pre-buys).
