If you were writing a letter, you could say
Dear Sirs,
Dear Mesdames....
Though if you are going to use a french form, you might as well say
Messieurs et Mesdames
But if you yourself are not French and you're not addressing French people, then it might come across as pretentious.
Sirs is common usage. Mesdames is not so common, not in America anyway and even though "Madams" is technically correct, it sounds ignorant. If this were a speech, it would be more comfortable to say Ladies and Gentlemen.
I hope you can think of other alternatives because these aren't very good

I used to know this! It's French, I think, any way you look at it. Mesuers=Sir (s) and ??? dang, I know this.... it's not Madam Moselles (sp?) is it?
Ok, Ill go with Mesdames as well (from answer below). But I'm sticking with Mesuers (sp?).
