In what ways are women so vicious towards eachother?

People (women) say they are absolutely vicious to each other. Over what? What percentage of girls are like this? How do you go about doing it?

Simple...women and young ladies are sooooooooooooooooo jealous of other women. I'm not saying I'm all that, but I deal with catty beotches on a daily basis. They give dirty looks, try to start trouble... This is the reason that I only have a select few women friends. I get along better with men. If a girl thinks that you look better than her, her man looks at you, you have better hair or clothes... stupid reasons like that, then they go psycho. I'd say at least 85%. And, YES, unlike what the poster above me said, this does go for ALL women! What about the astronaut that wore a diaper and sped all the way from Houston to Orlando International airport to attempt an abduction on the woman who she thought was her RIVAL (jealousy) for a man. Hmmmm.... Case closed. Doctors, lawyers...they all do it. Just not while working. (usually)

It is true about adult, mature women!

I live in a seniors/disabled building and these women at 70+ years old are the biggest, worst gossipers I have ever run across!

If they don't have something interesting to say they make up crap about people so they can be the star of the hour or something.

I don't understand it at all, and I give up trying to figure out why they do it. I have heard stuff about myself that I can't even believe. {I am a little younger than they are}

They have made up malicious stuff about me, even passing around that I was having an affair with a man in here...it got so bad that I typed out a note in huge letters {so the old bats could read it} and posted it next to the mailboxes so no one would miss it!

I wouldn't even think about going with this guy, he is in his 70's {I am 54} and is the classic dirty old man, always having something dirty to say no matter where or who is around.

Besides that, this is a low income place and I wouldn't bother going out on a date with someone who is as poor as me!! lol I'd at least want someone who could treat me to dinner once in a while lol.

Anyway, it is sad that so many women are catty and hurt other women when there is really no cause, our struggle is hard enough.

I decided to stay away from all of them, I talk to no one and I thought that was a good solution but it seems to have gotten worse since I stay in my apt & don't talk to anyone! I even check my mail at like 2 in the morning just so I won't run into any of them. My lease is up in May and I am definitely moving, have already started packing.

AND THIS, if why you cant find good men, becuase you ask simple questions that turn into books within days, you wanna be complicated become an obnoxious reporter, men dont wanna hear the petty **** women make up, ,this is why more women are single then men, becuase you want it your way, and in this generation, it aint gunna fly

By female people you mean GIRLS. Girls are young, they can be insecure. They have little life-experience, and NO status in society. Think about it. Have you ever seen ADULT women (think about your dentist, doctor, accountant, librarian, teacher, nurse...) carrying on like this? Do you think your dentist would be feuding with your accountant? Just the mental image of this is funny - because it is so utterly ridiculous.

All they have are accoutrements; outward SYMBOLS of status: clothes, hair, boyfriend, etc. They sense they have no REAL status so all they can do is to wear symbols of status 'on their sleeve'. I can't help but think of that famous line by Judge Judy "good looks fade - but dumb is forever." There is also a mate-selection theory posited by Evolutionary Psychology...but we won't go there. These women are 70+ years. Elderly people are very often cranky and difficult. There is significant cognitive decline by this time - and this progressively gets worse and worse, Most suffer from dementias of one sort or another. They go through a 'second childhood' so to speak. This area of exploration is called "Geriatric Studies".

Women tend to judge other women by their appreance and how they dress. And also by calling each other very degrading names. It would be nice if we could build each other up instead of tearing each other down.
