Actually, m pursuing MBI so I'll try to answer dis question.

Strengths- In India, we've diff climates so we can go for more variety of clothes. Indians can try n go 4 everything from full dress to short dress, from salwar kameez n sari to jeans, capris, half pants n even shorter than that.
There're many things in India to inspire us to enhance n satisfy our creativity like from beaches to deserts, from mountains to lands, from lakes to seas, from hustle bustle to peace, from past to present n future,etc. even different religions also inspire us.

Weaknesses- We don't know our actual power, the broad base of , diversity of options we've, to chose among others. Sum pple leave their originality in order to copy others this also proves to the biggest threat.

Opportunities- Today, Indian industries n designers are in great demand even outside the country. Many big foreign companies are giving their stakes to Indian designers. These designers and other Indian companies shld give the expected response to them.

Threats- Indian culture has great impact on the designs, prints, etc of garments or any other things. Designers shld mix the right match n give sum thing new to their market in order to survive. We have many traditional designs, embroideries,etc. as well to offer but these shld b used judiciously in order 2 get the right impact.

its wonderful.........a blooming industry...i dont think theres any threat unless if ur weak in promoting ur brand. an industry which is lucrative and good going
