Yes, I would think that your daughter sleeps through the night. My daughter takes her bath every night at 8:30, last feeding before 9 and she doesn't get up until about 7-8 am. I've counted my lucky stars everynight. There are times where she wakes up in the middle of the night and I feed her but that's not often. Sometimes i love it because I can hold her because I miss her so much when she is sleeping. You are doing great.

I guess so, if you want to use that overused terminology. What I would say is she is sleeping well. People are so obsessed with this whole idea of "slepping through the night". Not sure why that is. But it seems to be the biggest question people have, and it creates a lot of expectations and anxiety in parents.
Please know that her sleep patterns may change--due to teething, growth spurt (where she will want to nurse constantly), separation anxiety, busy day, not enough time with Mom, etc. As long as you don't hold this ideal of "sleeping through the night" as this absolute law that your daughter MUST adhere to, as long as you go with the flow and respond to her changing needs, you'll be just fine! It's when people have these enforced schedules and they expect baby to always stick to baby, that's when the stress and problems can happen because then the parent's chosen schedule becomes the norm that baby has to conform to, but babies are babies and they change like lightening!
You are very lucky that she sleeps so well. Hopefully it will be the norm more nights than not!

5 hours is considered "through the night" in babies. 7-10:30= 3 1/2 hours. 10:30-5 = 6 1/2 hours. 5-7= 2 hours. 12 hours of sleep over the course of a night is just fine. My son is asleep at 9 and wakes up around 8, with a 2 AM "snack" bottle... and he's 17 months old. (He was a preemie and is small- his body still needs the extra calories.)
Relax, and enjoy your baby!

Yes, it also means you better enjoy this moment while it last. A baby like that only comes every so often. They normally wake up all throught the night off and on. And some baby's just cry all night long off and on. I have a 8 year old daughter and she was like that, I never had any problems out of her. I am pregnant with my second child now and I am scared he/she will be the complete opposite.

Count your lucky stars, she is doing great! I would say she is pretty much sleeping through the night. I somehow have also lucked out, I will put my daughter down between 10 - 10:30pm and she will sleep usually till about 6am... we are very fortunate! I have heard alot of horror stories. Congrats to you!

ITA w/ Kammie above-- try not to focus on that elusive "through the night" terminology. Which, BTW, is technically only a 5-hr. stretch. What's more important is that she (and *you*) are sleeping *well*. I love your term "dreamfeed"!
Enjoy your precious baby girl, and rest well!

At her age, yes. I would expect that to continue until you start solids (the sooner the better). Once she gets some real food in her tummy she will be able to skip that 10:30 feeding.

umm, not really, but she's doing very good. most infants don't sleep through the night until they're 6 months old. my son does occasionally and he'll be four months old tomorrow. when he sleeps through the night, it's from 9 pm till 9 am without waking up. but sometimes he still wakes up once to eat. but you're getting close, so it won't be long till she does sleep through the night!
