some people call it different names, the two in that type or relationship probably call him a boyfriend,
then there's lover (sex partner), friend with benefits, maybe they call themselves fiances (or pretend like they are the ones that are married) until they get the nerve to tell the husband the relationship is over, fooling themselves into thinking living together with someone & having a marriage certificate means nothing. Whatever you/they want to call it, it's unfair to everyone to be fooling everyone.
Blind ones would cover the bases.
Yes, woman can be sexually driven, too. They are human, everyone knows that. They can experience the same temptations & weaknesses. I just wish they could stop only thinking of themselves, (which is hard to do when the flesh takes over and clouds other areas), somehow get past that, & have a little empathy for the spouse that's being cheated on.

That's a good question. I guess there isn't a solid word for it because society doesn't recognize women as being sexually driven and expects them to be loyal to their husbands. I guess u could us something like misteress or man-whore, LOL .
