You can go to keepvid.com.Fro there you can download from many sites but you have to download the flv player in order to play the vids (the files are flv and they play only on flv player)
A tip
1.when you download it you must name it to play.An example animename.flv
2.When you donload the flv player you will have download and the flv encoder.With this you can convert your flv file to avi,wmv or whatever you want by simply when you open the encoder change the name of your vid from animename.flv to animename.avi or .wmv
3.If this dont work then you will have to try a converter.

if you get/join veoh.com there is this thing in the corner that says"(piccy for vid) 1"there is also one for music:"(piccy for music) 1" and you click on it to download.
or you could use downthatvid.com (sp!?) , or video.download.com
