My husband and I are moving there this summer. We love it and have relatives there as well. Have been going 2-3 times a year for the past 10 years and have investigated everything. Even got a realtor a couple of years ago and spent the whole day with her looking around at housing.
We can't wait. We are so excited. We love the sun and the heat, where we are moving from is cold and snowy and windy half the year. And we ride a Harley and that really puts a damper on it. We like that Vegas is so much closer to the coast as well. Can go visit the ocean on an overnighter if we want. All in all, I guess it just depends on what you like. And we love it.
