maybe he will get drafted by an NBA team, but i dont think he would make an impact in the NBA or even have a decent career. as you said, to be able to play in the NBA, you need athleticism or height. he has neither so his hopes are rather dim. anyone remember another duke great shooter, trajan langdon?

He's a catch-and-shoot player... that doesn't transfer over well to the NBA, just look at Redick having problems this year. He can't take anyone off the dribble because he doesn't have the quickness or athleticism that alot of other players have. I know he's only a freshman, but you can only do so much for your athleticism. Most of the guys who are great players are just born with great athleticism. He's a 6'5" shooting guard, which is about average for a college guard. I'm a Terps fan, so I've seen him twice this year, plus a few other games on ESPN. I just don't see him making any athletic moves, he's not a very good defender, about all he has going for him is his shooting ability, and you can't be one-dimensional at the NBA level; guys are just too quick and skilled. Scheyer shoots only 40% from the floor, 36% from 3 point land. Those numbers are pretty low when matched up against alot of other guards. For a catch-and-shoot player to shoot that poorly, it doesn't bode well for his NBA draft stock. But, he is only a freshman and he could improve, especially if Duke would actually get a point guard. I just don't think he has the athleticism or ability for the NBA.

advantageous. even however now this is over six hundred million funds. If a squirrel is keen to place down some funds for some tickets, then the squirrel could desire to have an equivalent shot on the jackpot. honest is honest.
