The career finding sites aren't really doing it for me & I need to relocate soon. Trying to avoid temp agencies too. So the classifieds in the major newspapers would be very helpful, but can't seem to find them online - only find small town papers & community papers.

Atlanta - the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is the main paper. They are at www.ajc.com.
Knoxville/Nashville - www.knoxnews.com or www.tennessean.com
Charlotte - This would be the Charlotte Observer (www.charlotte.com) or the Charlotte Business Journal
(www.bizjournals.com/charlotte).

yes major newspapers, the biggest ones in the state are best i've found. also try online job sites like monster.com and etc...
