There is no question about India being developing country. The question of imbalance progress between poor and rich is definitely there, but gap is slowly decreasing. Just after fifteen years India will be a Super Power in the world.

I think that India is indeed moving forward. We have come a long way and are making our mark in the world. But yes I agree with you that the poor are staying poor and it seems as if no one cares. because the rich are getting richer. This is a general trend and is not true for all. I do all I can to help the people in need in our country because I know that I am fortunate. It makes me sad and I cry when I see people who don't have food to eat, children with no clothes, and etc. I hope and wish nothing but the best for our country and its beautiful people.

I don't think so. The poorer are not getting poorer, but the rate at which the lower class progresses is lesser than that of the richer sections of the society.

I think India is progressing but over population has became a serious issue, thats y poor people there survive on just a $ 1 a day
corruption has eaten India, everywhere u go, all the gov offices, banks they all have corrupted people
therefore i dont think you can seriously say that India is progressive,. there are a lot of problems in India that needs to taken care of before thinking of becaming a superpower

that seems to be the rule
thus we who [to whom] much was given much is expected ,
when the ritch go to the poor
one penny is great wealth
spend your weekends going to where the poor are with food ,
or small change
just drop into thier house some small change
loose it as you walk
it is amasing what wealth can do with a bit of imagination when the poor are so very poor
go to shop ask if he has some outstanding debt held by poor pay off a few ,go to duffent towns /shops be unknown
charity is best done so no one knows hust who it was thus are kind to every one just in case
to whom much is given much is expected
your ritch ,give but one third of the extra away
or pay other poor to clean up ,giving thier wages up front
money is a m,easure that can if used wisly help others
but do not give expecting return
you asked
